 integral spiral Stabilizers The Integral Spiral Stabilizer is an one-piece tool made of 40CrMnMo alloy steel, then fully heat treated .So their quality, strength, hardness, impact strength are gagged to standard.Three blades of the Stabilizer have been designed to minimize the downhole torque, reduce the damage to the wall of hole and ensure the maximum fluid circulation. When drilling vertical holes, they will be applied to reduce drift of drill bits and keep the drill bit straight downward. When drilling directional holes, they can increase, decrease or stabilize the tilt of the hole, ensure the orientation of the hole, improve the quality of the hole, and increase the drilling speed.
